Garden State Storage

We are excited to be near completion! Our brand new state of the art facility located in Sicklerville, NJ will be managed by nationally recognized manager CubeSmart. Garden State Storage will be open for business by the end of Q4 2022.

Allegany Crossings

Set to open Q2 2023. Allegany Crossings situated on twenty one acres, will feature a former KMart converted into a climate controlled self storage facility.  We have enhanced this project by adding outdoor drive up storage, including extra large units that will be individually temperature controlled. 

These units can be used for boat and RV storage, which is in increasing demand across the nation. Allegany Crossing will also have over 35,000 square feet of retail and office tenant space available. With even more available property and located right off Highway 86 on State Road 417, this marks a major opportunity for a franchise gas station & convenience store. The self storage operation of Allegany Crossings will be managed by LifeStrorage.

Star State Storage

This project located in the growing Southwest region of San Antonio,TX  is one of our largest sites to date.  Star State Storage sits on ten acres and features 653 units and 115,950 of square feet net rentable.

We expect construction to be completed in March 2023 with Certificate of Occupancy soon to follow.  Surrounded by new residential developments and located near Lackland Air Force Base, we are exciting to serve this new and fast growing area. 

Ohio Mills Storage

North Ridgeville is an affluent Cleveland suburb considered to be one of the safest cities in Ohio.  This 10 acre project will consist of 674 climate and non-climate controlled units for a total of 74,278 square feet net rentable.  Ohio Mills Storage is fully designed and permitted. 

We have selected a General Contractor and are currently securing a construction loan, expecting to break ground Q1 2023.

Ocala Storage

Florida continues to be one of the fastest growing states in the US. This nine acre site sits right on State Road 200 in Central Florida.  Ocala Storage will consist of 532 units with 84,740 of total square footage net rentable. 

This project is fully designed with 100% drawings at the city awaiting permits to build.  We have selected a General Contractor and expect to break ground Q1 2023.

Belleview Storage

Located near The Villages, this property is in one of Florida’s fastest growing counties.  Belleview Storage will feature both climate and non-climate controlled units.  This project will total 571 units and 85,425 square feet of rentable space.  The facility is fully designed with 100% construction drawings at the city pending permits.  We have selected a General Contractor and expect to break ground Q1 2023.

McPherson Storage

Located in the fast growing southern area of Fort Worth, TX, this coveted piece of land sits in the heart of a residential development boom along with road widening projects making way for the rapidly increasing population. 

Sitting on seven acres, Mcpherson Storage will feature 570 climate and non-climate units for a total of 100,575 square feet net rentable.  We have selected a General Contractor and are finalizing our Construction Loan, expecting to break ground Q1 2023. 

 

Kent Storage

 High visibility and traffic count are two prime features when developing a Class A state of the art self storage facility. Kent Storage has both. Located on the major intersection of Interstate Hwy 76 & State Road 43, this highly desirable location is ideal for self storage development. 

The site sits just south of Kent State University, who has committed one billion dollars to their 10 Year Campus Master Plan. This project has been approved by the city and all permits have been granted. Kent is known for its “small town” feel, low crime rate, and proximity to Cleveland -a city that offers jobs and cultural activities.

Pearland Storage

 The site located in Pearland, TX with a Median Household Income of $102,000 will be our first project to feature incubator storefront spaces for lease.  Pearland Storage will be a three story climate controlled building with 871 units and 104,049  of square feet net rentable. 

There is also an additional 5 +/- acres available for future expansion.  The project is fully designed with 100% construction drawings submitted to the city for review and permitting.  We are currently reviewing proposals from the top self storage General Contractors in the nation.
