Our latest deal is being developed in the suburbs of Philadelphia in South Jersey. It is a state-of-the-art Self-Storage facility with a total of 710 Units. It is a 4.5 acre property that has access to two major roadways, Route 42 and the Atlantic City Expressway.

100,000 Sq Ft darkened Kmart shopping center situated on over 21 acres of land. Once the cornerstone complex of the town of Allegany, NY, this complex is “the first thing you see” as you exit off the highway with excellent visibility between two major roads. After months of due diligence and engineering our team now has this once prestigious site ready to be retrofitted into a new Self-Storage facility, two retail storefronts and additional pad sites. We have retail tenants on a waitlist and the full support of a town who wants to see their crown jewel restored.

This 6+ acre property in the Western suburbs of Cleveland is ready to be turned into Legacy’s latest self-storage facility. Located in the fastest growing city in Northern Ohio, this site is surrounded by developing neighborhoods on all four sides which means storage space is in demand. The current design plans are calling for over 87,000 NRSF of storage space to be developed. This deal is already fully funded.
